How long before my order ships?

Orders almost always ship the next business day (orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday, except during the holiday season when Friday orders will ship on Saturday). Occasional delays may occur as we await the arrival of necessary inventory.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipments usually arrive three business days (including Saturday) after an order is placed, sometimes a day less, sometimes a day more. We are located in New York, so customers closer to us might receive their orders sooner, while those in California, for example, might receive them later.

Do you make custom designs for customers?

At this time, we do not make custom designs or take requests.

Can you print on the back instead?

If you request we place the design on the back, we can most likely accommodate. Inquire first before ordering. Keep in mind any such items will be ineligible for returns or refunds.

Do you provide tracking with orders?

Always.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship exclusively with USPS.

Which international countries do you ship to?

Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Austria.

Where's my stuff?

If tracking indicates your order was delivered, but you can't find your order, there are many likely explanations. Very simply, someone else might have already brought in the package, so check with anyone else who might have done so. Alternatively, the package might have been left in an usual place, so check around in different places. Failing that, it is possible your postal worker marked it as delivered and intends to deliver the following day, or accidentally delivered it to the wrong address, which will then require more time for it to be returned and re-delivered to you. Such instances are very rare, however. If a package seems lost, we will open an investigation with the post office and possibly issue a refund. If tracking indicates the item was never delivered, you will be refunded for your order or, if you prefer, we will reship your order.
